Provided BIM management services for the TI upgrade in Phoenix Arizona. Initially managed and coordinated the Design team for all disciplines. Established all clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural and MEP design teams members. Provided a BIM model for trade partner budgeting. Then coordinated with trade partner installations thru Reviz to for final installations and Level 500 turn over package to the client.
