Vigilant played a key component in the design and BIM production for the process systems. Taking only P&ID’s and assisting with the CUP and the Clean Pharma process systems routing. Routing that saved the project time and cost due to shared hangers systems and routing with limited routing change in directs. Worked closely with client maintenance to confirm access for all equipment and key valve placement. Provided spool maps and spools in accordance with installations requirement and Pharma specific turn over packages. On time and under budget.
