Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM governance and coordination for a large, confidential mission‑critical project. This role is responsible for overall BIM leadership, standards enforcement, coordination oversight, and BIM closeout. This is a leadership and process‑driven role and is not a production modeling position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall BIM program and governance for a confidential mission‑critical project
• Enforce compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM standards
• Oversee federated model coordination and clash detection processes
• Review and approve clash resolutions and issue closures
• Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for project leadership
• Support milestone reviews, reporting, and BIM closeout / Record Models
• Mentor and direct BIM Coordinators and BIM Administrators

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects
• Prior experience as a BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
