Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day model coordination, clash detection, and issue tracking for a confidential mission‑critical project. This role works closely with the BIM Manager and project stakeholders to keep coordination activities organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage federated design and construction models
• Execute clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Create, assign, track, and close BIM coordination issues
• Prepare and distribute clash reports and issue logs
• Participate in and support BIM coordination meetings
• Verify model readiness and standards compliance prior to publishing

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of BIM coordination experience
• Hands‑on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
• Experience running clash detection and issue workflows
• Strong communication and coordination skills
